Kei Kabob is Montclair, NJ's first Persian eatery. Established in 2012 by owner and head chef Ashkan Khalaj, Kei Kabob offers delicious traditional Persian cuisine and tasty kabobs grilled to perfection and warm, friendly service. In addition to creating delicious food, we at Kei Kabob are inspired to make every dish a work of art. Like our interest in art, our atmosphere is inspired by the art and architecture of the ancient Persian Achaemenid (550-330 BC) dynasty. The word kei means "king" or "royalty", and here you will enjoy cuisine fit for a true king *** The cost of the dinner is $22 per person for Sierra members, and $27 for non-members, payable at the door. Cash only. Please bring exact change. The price includes appetizers, shiraz salad, dinner served family style, Persian tea, and Baklava for dessert. We will offer a vegetarian entree for our vegetarian friends. Taxes and tips are also included in this price. *** Please note this is a BYOB venue. *** To make a reservation, click on "register" or send an email to Jeff Sovelove no later than Sunday February 17th. Please get your reservations in early, as we expect a large turnout at this popular restaurant. The restaurant will not be able to accommodate anyone without a reservation for this dinner. Be sure to leave your full name and contact number at the e-mail address to ensure your place at this event. *** All email reservations will be confirmed. You MUST notify us of any cancellations up to and including the day of the event or you will be responsible for you reservation. *** On street parking is available, or park in the municipal lot behind the restaurant on Glenridge Avenue.
