The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Section of the NJ Sierra Club presents Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve Tour and Hike on Delaware Canal. 10am. Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve showcases an extraordinary diversity of plants native to Pennsylvania and the Delaware Valley region. They care for and protect a native plant collection with the goal of encouraging the public to visit, enjoy, and learn about the richness of Pennsylvania's natural heritage. We’ll walk for about 1-2 miles in the preserve and 9.5 miles on the towpath. Bring a picnic lunch, water, snacks, and sun protection. $5 entrance fee for admission to the preserve.
